Jessica is incredibly professional and had great response time with all questions and concerns. Her attention to detail made all of the paperwork aspects quite simple on our end, which was greatly appreciated. She was patient with our ever changing list of needs and wants and was able to show us several incredible options for our family. Jess is indescribable. She absolutely loves what she does, she loves helping her clients, and most important she loves helping her clients succeed. It all shows!! As first time homebuyers, my husband and I didn't know a whole lot about this process and Jess was there every single step of the way. Phone calls. Texts. Emails when necessary. She was an absolutely gem that made our year-long search (thanks to COVID) so much easier. When we started feeling hopeless she kept our spirits up. Through COVID she remained as positive as ever. Jess is a bubbly, cheerful, kind soul and if you want to start your home process off on the right foot, start off by working with her!!
