I was executor on two estates and responsible for divesting of the real estate for both parties. Jessica was so helpful in explaining/discussing the process and advising me and my family on our options. Her research of the market in both geographic area was thorough and very helpful in making decisions from how much pre-list clean-up/work was needed to the listing price. She really cares about people and wants to help them get the best possible outcome. I accepted very good offers on both houses within 4 days of listings.
